Personally I use CopyTrans Photo to load photos from my laptop to my iPhone 3G and it works well.

I can also move photos stored on the iPhone back to my computer.</description>

How easy is it to delete a photo from itouch if you change your mind?
Can you put photos from your pc to your itouch that come from a site other than your own (say, Windows Photo Gallery were on my computer but I have access to someone&#039;s Picasa album and want to put a photo from her album to my itouch)?  
Or from Flikr, etc?</description>
